Three beautiful gift wrapping ideas

Christmas has arrived, and with it comes the joy of gift giving! Here are three creative gift wrapping ideas that your friends and family will love.

Classic Bow Around the Box

1. Select a beautiful ribbon to match your wrapping paper.

2. Cut a length of ribbon long enough to wrap around the box both horizontally and vertically. A good rule of thumb is to measure about three times the perimeter of the box.

3. Place the box upright and position the ribbon in the centre of the box. Cross the ends of the ribbon at the top and bring them back to the bottom.

4. With the ribbon now at the bottom, bring the ends back down the sides, crossing them at the top again. Make sure the ribbon is still even.

5. Bring the two ends together and tie a simple knot at the top of the box, pulling tight to secure it

6. Make a loop with one end of the ribbon, then wrap the other end around it to form the bow shape. Tie another knot to secure.

7. Fluff the loops and tails of the bow to make it look full and beautiful. Trim the ends to your liking.

This classic bow adds a touch of elegance and is perfect for any gift!

Large Statement Piece

1. Cut a long piece of ribbon, depending on how large you want your bow to be. A length of about 1 metre works well for a larger bow.

2. Using your thumb and pointer finger and wrap the ribbon around them several times (about 5-7 loops). This will create the loops of your bow

3. Carefully pull the end of the ribbon through the gap between your hand the wrapped ribbon. Tie a knot to secure the loops in place

4. Gently pull the loops apart, spreading them until the bows look full and beautiful.

5. Cut the ends of the ribbon to the same length to create a polished finish.

Christmas Tree Ribbon

1. Take a roll of double-sided tape and place a line of tape down the centre of the present.

2. Take one end of your ribbon and tape it down diagonally to one corner of the box, sticking it to the tape in the centre.

3. Fold the ribbon over and attach it to the tape in the middle, moving down the tape to create a diagonal line. Continue this process, working your way down, until you form a Christmas tree shape.

4. Once you reach the bottom, you can cut the ribbon to secure it to the tape.

This fun design is perfect for adding a unique flair to your gifts and is sure to impress your loved ones.

Gift wrapping is an art, and these three ideas will help you wrap your presents in style this Christmas. Whether you choose a classic bow, large statement piece, or Christmas tree design, your gifts will be sure to impress!
