This delicious 5 ingredient Christmas Rocky Road puts a festive twist on a classic dessert favourite! This no-bake dessert is perfect for sharing with family and friends this Christmas.
Ingredients:
– 50g of mini marshmallows
– 100g of red and green M&Ms (plus extra for topping)
– 520g of white chocolate, melted
– 100g of mini gingerbread men (broken up, plus extra for topping)
– 3 tbsp of red and green sprinkles
Instructions:
1. In a large glass bowl, add the crushed gingerbread men, mini marshmallows and red and green M&Ms.
2. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between. Pour the melted white chocolate into the bowl.
3. Stir until everything is well combined and coated in chocolate.
4. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
5. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
6. Decorate with additional red and green M&Ms, mini gingerbread men and red and green sprinkles for a festive touch.
7. Refrigerate the rocky road for 1-2 hours or until fully set.
8. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy this delicious Christmas treat!
